kaufmann "call me melon" fabric is the exact fabric on the cushion shown in the pic I posted of my living room. As for the buffalo check fabric.those are the ones I was talking about. Sammy and Northpoint2, I apologize for the delayed response! I appreciate you taking the time to give me your input!.Sammy, the pic of the floral fabric you posted, definitely is my style! I will look and see if it is offered in different colorways and if any coordinate with my room.

Alternatively, you could bring in a large patterned area rug and then pick up the colour in that and repaint your walls - not so difficult to change if you tire of the wallpaper and an opportunity to bring in your colour. If it were at all possible, I would replace your chair with more of a statement piece upholstered in fabric, picking up your accent colour to bring in some textural elements (rather than being matchy-matchy).

I think the light could be changed to a more contemporary fitting like a drum and then maybe a table lamp with a similar shade, also add a coffee table, whether it be solid or an ottoman. Not sure about the dimensions of your room, but i would consider turning the rug the other way and pulling the sectional away from the wall and placing it on the rug a little. The area rug definitely needs changing to maybe a plain jute or sisal for casual feel or pick up the colour in the wallpaper with a plain rug. I would consider not just a feature wall to be papered, it looks like a rather large room and I think it could handle the warmth. I think the wallpaper could work but only above your wainscoting - the curve in the pattern works with the shape of your sectional sofa. which would you choose and on what? Also, if you have any other ideas for fabric patterns/color that can be used to mix and match with the buffalo check and my wallpaper, I am all ears!.also, please excuse the mess! I have stuff just thrown in there from another room I'm working on too The other pic is a screenshot of the other color buffalo check fabric in the color green. I do know I want a buffalo check (p kaufmann fabric) used somewhere but unsure of lon and white or the green and white check? In one of the pics, I have a outdoor cushion sitting on a table that is the exact fabric and color (melon) that I'm trying to decide on.(Just for visual reference). I need help choosing fabric for 2 wing back chairs, pillows, curtains/drapes, and tablecloth for medium sized round table that will be placed between the 2 wing back chairs. I love the colors in my wallpaper.the red is actually more of a raspberry color. I just finished wallpapering my living room in our 100 yr old farmhouse.
