Mighty Magick takes the magic of Skyrim and makes it matter. Its place changes over time and grows with us. If you don’t do that, you risk breaking your game.
The only problem with PerMa is that if you aren’t an experienced modder than it has to be loaded at the start of a new game. I suggest you load this one up and just see for yourself. It adds over 200 new spells, and that’s just the start. PerMa changes the way every part of magic works, and it’s too much to describe here. It effects everything, from how you level up as a warrior, to the mage you can become. As one of my favorite mods, Perkus Maximus reworks the major skill trees.

This mod is about so much more than magic. If you enjoy this mod, you can continue your powerful ride with Wrath of Nature – The Champion of Kynareth. You spend your time leveling up and become a more powerful transformation master. (Personally, I love the tiger.) You begin this mod by discovering a book that teaches you about druidic lore. This mod allows you to magically turn into powerful monsters that can destroy all of your enemies. Turn into a tiger, a lion, or a bear, oh my! (That’s not quite as realistic, but go for it anyways.) 5. Even better, you can cast more than one spell with each hand. If I’m in danger of dying, I don’t necessarily have time to equip healing and try and save my life. My personal favorite Smart Cast spell is the healing spell.
Smart Cast will automagically begin spells without your help if the right conditions are met. My favorite thing about Smart Cast is that it brings in more common sense features than Balanced Magic could do alone. Smart CastĬommon sense parameters mean you automatically heal yourself if your health falls too low. Wearing less should logically make it easier to cast spells, and with this mod it does. Your Magicka regenerates faster, and the less armor you’re wearing, the less it costs to cast spells, because your body is less encumbered. This mod, among many other things, makes sure that as you level up your spells get more powerful. It made no sense! As I got more powerful, I had to purchase my spell upgrades. This mod fixes some of the original problems I had with Skyrim magic.

Want to create new objects? Feel like attacking with hailstones? Do it with this mod. They come with new animations, and are included in every school of magic. Apocalypse adds over 100 brand new spells. As you progress you get used to, and tired of, the same things again and again. One of the problems with Skyrim is that the vanilla spells get boring.

Pass it off, and keep doing what you need to. There’s research constantly being carried out. There are rooms dedicated to each of the studies. There are random books lying around open that can each teach you something new. In IMC the College becomes a brand new version of it’s old, unimpressive self. This College of Winterhold is an embarrassing excuse for a mage college. Rework the College into something impressive, and pass off the Arch-Mage job if you want.

These mods will make you the mage you always should have been. Well, the modders of the world have created something for us: A better, magical place. A linear, one dimensional way to become the best mage was all that we could do. It’s no secret that Bethesda’s release of Skyrim left much to be desired for the up and coming mages of the world. Let's look at some mods to make sure they won't be. The Dragonborn should not be outclassed by other Mages.
